First shoot

07/10/2019- First birthday cake smash

• Studio setting
• 2x backdrops
• Props included Photo frame of Taylor as a baby and decorated letters spelling out the number one. Also a balloon garland had been made for the shoot.
• Duration of the shoot was 2 hours

First set of pictures with first backdrop, pictures of Taylor sat with some props dressed in smart clothes. The last lot of photos were done using the second backdrop, for this part of the shoot, Taylor was in very minimal clothing with his cake in front of him. The aim of this part of the shoot was for him to smash up the cake, but Taylor didn't like smashing the cake with his hands, so instead we gave him a wooden spoon.

I found this shoot really interesting because I have not worked with children before and so although Taylor is the photographers own child, it was still really interesting to see how she works with him in a studio setting.
